The Response of CMI Test following Surgery, Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy in Treatment of Cancer Patient

Abstract

|
The cell mediated immunity gives a good indication of the body's immune response, and can be used to follow the response of a cancer patient's treatement with surgery, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Currently this is an important parameters in
determining the progress of treatment in all patients with malignancy.
The CMI Test is a simple, safe and provide one with a standard on which one can determine the degree of cellular immunity.
@ES The results were as follows:
@EN 1) The number of positive antigen and compound score were increased in chemotherapy and immunotherapy after surgery.
2) The response was depressed according to the stage of cancer.
3) The results of multitest score were correlated with the cell differentiation.
4) In a patients group, the multitest score was higher in man as compaired with women.
5) The response was depressed in aged person.
